Andy Glasgo
Board Director
With twelve years in public education and seven years in corporate training and business-to-business sales, I bring a relationship-centered approach to my work in real estate and the communities I serve. I have been a member of the Diversity Alliance Committee of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® since earning my license in 2022, actively participating with a firm belief that the foundations of generational wealth are built on equitable access to homeownership and informed, inclusive systems.
Authentic accessibility goes beyond compliance and minimum standards; it begins with understanding disability as a natural and valuable form of human diversity. From physical and sensory considerations to communication and cognitive needs, meaningful access requires education, advocacy, and collaboration across industries to close critical gaps. C.H.A.D.’s mission-driven work to align real estate practices with previously unaddressed needs of the disability community represents the systemic, solutions-oriented change I am proud to support.
Disability has both a professional and personal connection with me, shaped by my experiences as a high school special education teacher, a secondary special education director, and as a person with ADHD. I am honored to bring this perspective to C.H.A.D.’s board, along with my deep commitment to lifelong learning, inclusive practices, advocacy for universal design features, and strengthening housing access, from start to finish, for individuals with disabilities.
