Dre Morales is a passionate advocate and nonprofit leader dedicated to advancing accessibility, equity, and justice across Colorado communities. With more than 10 years of experience in community engagement, nonprofit operations, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and inclusive program development, Dre brings a collaborative and community-centered approach to creating meaningful systems change.

Guided by the principle “Nothing About Us Without Us,” Dre is committed to building systems with people, not for people, by centering lived experience, shared leadership, and community voice in decision-making processes. Through both personal connection and professional experience, Dre understands the barriers many disabled individuals and families face when navigating housing and support systems and is passionate about creating more equitable, accessible, and person-centered communities.

Inspired by C.H.A.D.’s disability-led mission, Dre is deeply committed to expanding access to safe, affordable, and accessible housing for individuals with disabilities throughout Colorado. Dre’s work focuses on strengthening collaboration between communities, organizations, and systems to create sustainable solutions that increase opportunity, independence, and belonging.

At C.H.A.D., Dre brings expertise in strategic planning, accessibility and inclusion strategy, communications, stakeholder engagement, event planning, and cross-sector collaboration. Known for building strong relationships and connecting people, ideas, and resources, Dre is passionate about helping create stronger, more inclusive communities where everyone has equal opportunity to thrive.
