Kendra Greeney
Secretary
Kendra Greeney serves as Secretary of the C.H.A.D. board, bringing a unique blend of real estate expertise and a deep-rooted passion for accessible living. As a realtor with West + Main Homes in the Denver metro area, Kendra combines her knowledge of the local housing market with a background in occupational therapy — working in inpatient rehab settings and at The King Adult Day Program. Some of her favorite parts of her job were navigating home modifications and adaptations to help her patients live safely and independently. It was in those occupational therapy settings that Kendra discovered her love for the problem-solving that goes into making a home truly work for its owner, and that commitment to inclusive practices and universal design has followed her into her real estate career. As a self acclaimed lifelong learner, she continuously seeks to deepen her expertise at the intersection of housing access and human capability — which drew her naturally to C.H.A.D.'s mission.
A dedicated community volunteer, Kendra has given her time to Craig Hospital, the National Sports Center for the Disabled in Winter Park, and the Loveland Ski Patrol — experiences that have strengthened her advocacy for the disability community. As a board member, she is passionate about advancing fair housing, broadening housing access for Coloradans with disabilities, and championing universal design features that allow people to live safely and independently at every stage of life. She is equally committed to educating her real estate colleagues on inclusive practices and how to best serve clients with disabilities, believing that informed advocates can make a real difference. Kendra believes that where you live shapes how you live, and she is honored to help C.H.A.D. turn that belief into action for more Coloradans. When she's not working, she loves exploring the outdoors with her husband and two kids — skiing, hiking, biking, camping, and traveling whenever the chance arises.
