Malisa Miller Eakins is a seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of experience spanning residential sales, brokerage leadership, and strategic growth. Licensed since 2004, she is well-versed in all facets of real estate, from complex negotiations and new-construction sales to agent development and market analytics.

As a respected broker manager and industry advocate, Malisa is known for her steady leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to drive results while elevating the professionals around her. In recognition of her impact, she was named DMAR 2025 Broker Manager of the Year, an honor reflecting both performance excellence and service to the real estate community.

Malisa also brings a deeply personal perspective to her work through lived experience with a disability that is episodic in nature.
